Attention

If the recipient's mail server -the forwarding destination- is not configured to support DMARC —particularly in cases of automatic email forwarding— legitimate emails sent from this site may be flagged as spoofing and redirected to the junk folder. In such cases, please verify the settings on your receiving mail server.

overview

In order to improve security when using the parentID (is accounts applied via the business portal, or equivalent accounts issued by our company staff in charge), we have developed new feature which can set the IP addresses and only access with parentID from registered IP addresses. We recommend that you set this and use the feature.

Attention

Accounts issued after August 2025. All accounts issued before August 2025, the default value have been be set to 0.0.0.0/0 for allow access from all IP addresses.
